Divorcing by SMS - an update
Some years back there was much discussion in the media about a Muslim man said to have divorced his wife via SMS (short messaging service). And that the religious authority was said to have recognised the efficacy of SMS as a means to communicate a Muslim man’s utterance of divorce.
