iTouch Nigeria will initially offer three main product lines to consumers: ringtones, logos and entertainment (jokes, poems, etc); SMS-based information services such as news, sports results and stock exchange information; and competitions using SMS and voice response.

19 million mobile users in Nigeria according to the above article.

A company called Anchor Mobile can set up dedicated short codes with hosting and commercial grade applications for about $3000 per month. A better idea is to become an SMS Reseller on a shared short code for about 10% of that fee. http://www.anchormobile.net
