A new SMS-based system to fight crime, which hopes to involve the youth, will be launched in Chatsworth later this month.
The initiative works as an alternative to the 10111 phone service and operates via text messaging from cellphones linked to a computer system.
The toll-free line will receive messages 24 hours a day, making it easier for crime to be reported.

It has to do with violence against a woman who is my dear friend and also has to do with drug abuse.
