Malysian Police making good use of text service

Kelantan State police chief SAC (I) Datuk Zulkifli Abdullah said since the SMS was introduced last July under the Rakan COP programme, they had received 369 complaints and 80% of these were resolved

Off the back of the note I posted just now about Chatsworth Police introducing a text info line in Chatsworth, here’s a note about how things are going in Malaysia. Good news it seems. 80% of the 369 complaints/issues resolved! Sounds like a good strike rate.
