device that no one uses will feature a chat service with no users, the Wall Street Journal reports today. The device is Nokia’s next Wi-Fi tablet, and the chat client is Google Talk, the IM service which is capable of making SIP voice calls.

I don’t quite agree with The Register’s take on GoogleTalk. I’ve found it superior to Skype (although recent versions of Skype are definitely much improved). I think I’d be one of the geeks that would buy and use a Nokia 770 Tablet
