The Messaging Centre (TMC) has been designed specifically to benefit industries such as healthcare and pharmaceutical industries by providing a corporate text messaging service that can dramatically improve business operations, communications and provide enhanced aftercare for Outpatients.

It can apparently help reduce missed appointments by 30% — given that there’s 15 million appointments missed each year, this is most certainly a useful application of the text medium.
