On the news of the East Timor Foreign & Defence Minister resigning by text, Xen at Xellular Identity asks:
Where do we draw the line between messages we can convey by SMS to messages we should deliver ourselves?
I don’t think SMS is the right medium for that sort of news. Not at all. Surely they must have had to follow-up with letters in order for the resignation to have legal weight.
