Yes, striking imagery, but confusing cos it’s actually Lisbon! The large towerblock on the right is the Hotel Tivoli Tejo where I stayed recently, and right opposite & yet strangely missing from the picture is the Lisbon HQ of o2 competitor, Vodafone!
