Yup, I got another friend call this morning to say that when he did a factory reset of his Sony Ericsson, it [rather obviously] deleted all his contacts.

He’s really annoyed with himself.

‘For some reason I just thought it would reset all the screensaver stuff, but not the contacts,’ he said.

‘Did you back’em up with Zyb as per my recent blog post?’ I calmly enquired.

No he didn’t.

So, if you haven’t done, get yourself to www.zyb.com or www.mobical.net and make sure your phone contacts are backed up.
