Katrin runs her day job in an organization called N-TEN—an umbrella association of nonprofit technologists and the people that provide technology service to nonprofits and civil society organizations. She is also very involved in MobileActive. MobileActive is a global network of nonprofit and non-governmental organizations, mobile technologists, and grassroots activists who are using mobile phones in their civic activism.
