Who are the hottest mobile venture capitalists?

I was chatting with a colleague this evening about venture capital when I reached a point in the conversation and wondered who exactly you’d go to if you have an ultra hot mobile related business startup.

There are a couple of boutique and angel investment companies I know that I sometimes point people toward — but if you’re hunting for say $2m, who are the best American and the best European venture capitalists to talk to?

Is it virtually the same list of companies you’d go to if you were a boiler-plate internet or ‘web 2.0′ related company?
