QTags used for recruitment

The New York City Police Department is using qtags in its recruitment advertising through an outdoor campaign using Digital signs around NYC (similar to the one at the right made by Arena-Media Networks). The ads show NYPD officers with a call to action to send a text message with ‘NYPD” in the body to ’78247” for additional hiring information.
