YOUR EGO’S WRITING CHEQUES YOUR BODY CAN’T CASH SON

I have to say, I am thoroughly loving people phoning me at the moment with my 24 ‘CTU’ ringtone.  I am Jack Bauer for just a few seconds prior to answering.

If you plan on calling me recently, don’t be surprised if I have to call you back because I’m busy singlehandedly fighting some underground terrorists whilst on a conference call to the White House.

I was roused out of bed this morning by Gordon Gecko screaming ‘MONEY NEVER SLEEPS PAL!’
I set that to my alarm sound last night.  Scared the wits out of me when I was half asleep. 

I changed my ringtone to a sound file I got from Top Gun.  It’s one of the instructions yelling: YOU’RE EGO’S WRITING CHEQUES YOUR BODY CAN’T CASH SON.   Heh.  Oh how the little things make me smile. 

I go through phone personalisation phases.  Right now I am deep in the middle of a personalisation phase.  I’m trying to think of a good sound that I can use for when a text message arrives.  Right now my handset exclaims ‘OHHHHH FUUUUUUUUU(*&’ which, today, I think is very funny.  Tomorrow I am sure I’ll find it puerile ;-)

Does anyone have some good movie, TV or similar suggestions for:

a) A ringtone
b) An alarm sound
c) A text message alert

    I use some old arcade sounds, my SMS alert is the startup noise from Defender :)

    Pacman is also a good’un as well as MrDo.

    My ringtone is also the CTU24 one, but I chose it because it matches the ringtone of my Cisco desk phone (honest!).

    http://www.flashkit.com has a library of royalty free sound files for use in Flash websites but all those little bloops and bzzzings make great phone noises :)
