David Heath contacted me today. He’s authoring a book at the moment and needs some assistance from the mobile community. I was sure there would be quite a lot of aggregators, developers and mobile experts who would be able to help. I asked if I could put his enquiry out to the community and he readily agreed. Here it is:

I’m writing a novel in which one of the main themes is the political effects of new communication media and I’m trying to research more information on text referendums. Can you point me in the right direction in terms of understanding the mechanics of setting up one and also any notable examples of them.
