Gonna try Vonage again

I’ve had a Vonage subscription since they launched it the UK. I use it primarily to redirect calls – because, to date, that’s all it’s been good for.

I’ve tried taking calls on it from clients. Without fail, everything is good for about 20 seconds before the client starts saying ‘whaaa…? Err you… What? You cut out there.’

Obviously, running a series of companies which are underpinned by an expert awareness of technolog, it doesn’t look good when your clients can’t hear you properly.

Seriously, my Vonage connection has been rubbish :/

I’m so disappointed as I’d have been better off paid 12 quid a month to talktalk or British Telecom.

I’ve stuck with it though. I’m hoping that this newly updated broadband connection (ie it was broken, now it is fixed) might have sorted things out.

I was downloading files at 150k/sec last night. That’s good when you’re in the sticks.

I have also been to Tesco to buy a new phone. I thought that might help too. You never know.

Have you managed to get Vonage working properly on your broadband?
