Three’s delivery feedback form
I found a little feedback form in the pack when I got the Nokia N73 from Three the other day. Interesting. It asks questions like ‘how long did it take for your mobile to arrive after ordering it’ and ‘how would you rate the service of the courier’.
It’s a wonder that mobile media company, Three UK, hadn’t arranged to send me out a text with a mobile web address to let me fill out the form ‘online’.
Bit of an arse to have to go and find a pen when I could do it all by mobile. In fact they could get a heck of a lot of response by including a flyer saying ‘get £5 credit by calling this number and giving us feedback for 2 mins’ — they could use IVR response to get the details from me.
Still, it’s good to see’em asking for feedback.
I’m off to go and find a pen.
