I remember being on the Eurostar to paris a while ago and I was sitting in business class on a 4 seater table with other people. The bloke sitting in front of me spent the whole 3 hours (minus the tunnel part) on the phone talking at full voice throughout.
‘Complete tosser’ was the phrase that came to mind and by the end of it not only did I know everything there is to know about cardboard containers but I also considered throwing myself in front of the train before it came to a complete stop.
Can you imagine the air rage incidents if faced with a similar situation on a 14 hour flight to singapore…. You’d be praying for hijackers
