A £35 a month service plan buys you unlimited texting on Orange UK. I’ve mentioned this to one or two ‘normal’ non-mobile geek people recently. All four of them (independently) have gone out and changed their handsets to Orange and are loving it.

Each mobile operator seems to have it’s own good stuff moving.

Let me see, what’s getting my blood moving:

- Orange’s unlimited texting
- T-Mobile’s unlimited data
- Vodafone Family — ish

Hmm. I thought there’d be more to list… but that’s it.

Oh! The 4.99/month price plan (with reasonable inclusive minutes and texts) being offered by Three via Woolworths, I think it was. I didn’t have my cameraphone on me at the time but I will go hunting for it. Shocking. £4.99 a month?
