Sorry, am i being dumb. Do you know how this works, what the process is and why does it call you back?

Sure James here’s how it works. You send a text to a landline via T-Mobile. They deliver the message, however they also write back with the one you see above.
If you text your name to 27777, the system calls you back immediately and repeats the name at you. If you’re happy, do nothing, otherwise you can manually record your name.
So that when you send a text to another landline, it’ll verbally say something like ‘message from Ewan’ — rather than ‘message from 07796…’ (I think)
