I had a note from James to let me know that LUUP, the mobile payments service, have signed up Wippit. Wippit provides music, ringtones and movies for download. It’s a rather nifty service — you can, for example, download a DVD movie in Windows Media format — and they’ll also send you a full-featured DVD in the post. Really cool. If I’m buying something online I really do like to have the opportunity to download it right-away.

In celebration of the announcement, LUUP are offering a £3 credit for spending on downloads. Nice. Go and get yourself a LUUP account — and while you’re about it, do take a look at Wippit.
