UK Vigilantes offered £200/clip for mobile phone clips of crime/pranks

Found this on craigslist… mobile phone video is now so commonplace that ads such as this are popping up all over the place.
It is official Britain is the most violent country in Western Europe! BBC News reported in October this year that the British are less likely than Europeans to challenge anti-social teens. We are making a programme about how ordinary Brits are reacting to this by securing their own evidence. If the police are too slow to see what is happening then we need to record it for ourselves to get justice.
We are looking for any footage that contains any level of violence or crimes or simple pranks gone wrong you might have in your possession. This is purely for the screen and not for any criminal investigation.
It could be:
1)recorded by you as a bystander with your mobile phone or camcorder
2)recorded by a CCTV camera that you own or have access to the footage of.If your footage is accepted then we will cover the cost of postage and depending on the length and quality pay up to 200 pounds per clip.

We will blur and alter voices if requested by the footage owner.
