“My E61 and iPod are getting along well together” Well mine aren’t.

In the meantime, my E61 and my iPod are getting along well together.
I’m going to put up a note about Nokia and iPhone in a second, but first, you know when you read some absolute tripe and you have to say something?
Well that’s the above comment posted on the All About Symbian post. Of course I respect the commenter’s right to an opinion. I also respect my right to say I totally disagree with it
My E61 and my iPod are NOT getting along well together.
It’s a total ARSE.
I don’t want to have to carry an iPod and an E61.
Whatever your viewpoint on the E61 and podcasting, it’s just not good enough. It’s just not good enough for music listening. Not when I demand click-click and it works service. And not… NOT when you have to go on to eBay to buy a sodding DONGLE to connect your headphones to the E61.
What’s more my E61 and iPod don’t get along.
They don’t even ‘get’.
They don’t speak to each other at all.
Useless.
As a user, it’s a total ARSE.
I want real time email on my phone and I want music.

Funny, I was thinking the same thing the other day.. I’ve resorted to copying mp3s onto the e61 over Bluetooth, but it’s certainly not an “iPod experience”. Maybe someone should write a DAAP-client for Symbian, so it can stream your iTunes-shared music over 3G from your home broadband? Mmmmmmm
Damnit, as if my todo list wasn’t long enough!
