Every mobile phone shop I pass has a ’sale’ on that is completely irrelevant to me and half the rest of the population because it’s ONLY FOR PAY AS YOU GO CUSTOMERS.

What’s the POINT in publishing flippin’ great huge signs on your stores saying “SALE - 20% off PAYG handsets”?

I know I’m not the target for the marketing.

But it’s really annoying.

It reminds me, constantly, how much of a chump I am for being a contract customer and not able to qualify to benefit from ’sales’. It’s not as if, all of a sudden, T-Mobile are going to find an extra billion minutes sat at the back of the warehouse that they need to get rid of by the end of the month for the new delivery of minutes.
