Link: Emma Noble joins us to raise money for people affected by cancer
Emma Noble is lending a hand to Macmillan Cancer Support at Somerfield to encourage customers to take part in its mobile phone recycling campaign. The recycling appeal at Somerfield store’s nationwide, will turn some of the 90 million redundant mobile phones and countless used printer cartridges in the UK into much needed funds.
I think there’s still a lot of opportunity to encourage people to recycle their mobiles — by donating them to the likes of Macmillan who can then sell them (abroad) to raise money. Good cause. Especially relevant in the UK, because each year most operators are giving away new handsets to their millions of users.
