What a time…
I’ve been all over the shop recently. Tons going on. Now and again it’s quite difficult to get in front of a computer to actually do the blogging.
My kingdom for a proper application that will enable me to blog from my E61. The built-in wordpress email to blog stuff has never worked properly. I was stuck on the train the other day for 2.5 hours — it was a 30 minute journey — and I could have done a ton of blogging there… just, well, the only email-to-blog service I’ve found really works is blogger.com. If you’ve any suggestions, let me know.
If you’ve emailed me and I haven’t responded, email me again. I’ve got 1,413 emails in my SMS Text News ‘not done’ inbox folder from the last 2 weeks and a day-to-day memory like a goldfish because there’s quite a lot going on. I am not ignoring you.
I’ve have a default, guaranteed interest in anything that’s mobile related. So don’t worry, just knock me another email or forward the existing one. Sometimes I get a glut of stuff. Or sometimes clients make substantial demands. Or sometimes the hotel’s internet is just appalling. Or sometimes there’s a girl in a white fluffy robe sitting across from me on the terrace, in which case, it makes writing that latest post about the N95, rather difficult.

KaBlog comes to mind as a Series 60 blogging application - I’ve not had the chance to try it out myself, because I don’t have my own server - I’m hosted at wordpress.com - and they don’t allow mobile blogging except via their hideous m.wordpress.com site.
But it comes highly recommended to me.

I have a Sony k800i with web n walk and I plug it into my lap top (USB) and it works a treat - first time even. I blog and surf the net from anywhere. Even if 3G is not available the GPRS is good enough to blog with.
No more hotel internet and it works on the train.
Honest
Cheers
