Sync your Google Calendar to your mobile

David just dropped me a quick note about this - he says it actually works too!
Goosync will seamlessly synchronize almost any mobile device with your Google Calendar. It’s quick and simple, sign-up and start syncing. Never be without your vital calendar information again!
.. and it’s free. Hurrah ![]()

I use the java app from http://www.gcalsync.com/ on my new n73 and it works a treat.
I also use the Provider for Google Calendar extension on Lightening / Thunderbird for the desktop (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/addon/4631) so my mobile is syncd to my desktop at all times. Works great, although I struggled with the BST/GMT settings at first!

Posted by ewan on May 25th, 2007 at 12:47 pm.I’ve been using Goosync for quite a while and it works well. I did use Gcalsync and didn’t get on well with it. At the time there were issues with times altering when syncing with the N80.

Posted by Mark on May 25th, 2007 at 4:22 pm.Just tried GooSync. Wow, it really works. In my eye’s this is a giant leap in ubiquitous mobile life.
One thing that’s on my mind and keeping me from paying to upgrade my account is what if tomorrow Google will announce Syncml support for Google Calendar…
