Mobile operator Orange are planning to demonstrate a wind-powered mobile phone charger at the Glastonbury festival next week.

Developed in conjunction with the University of Texas, the unit weighs in at 150g, and can easily be mounted on a tent. It’s designed to generate and store power during the day, so you can charge your mobile at night.
