Irish low-budget airline Ryanair have put back their plans to an launch in-flight mobile phone service until November this year at the earliest, according to an article in the Irish Independent (via ENN).
A Ryanair spokesman said the system had been delayed by a lack of agreement from the relevent authorities in some parts of Europe. He also said that regulatory approval is the responsibility of Airbus subsidary On Air, which is partnering with the airline to offer the service.
