Pat from Roam4Free wasn’t having a good day yesterday. He doesn’t mince his words.
Have a read here…
Link: Aer Lingus pricks at Roam4free
Those pricks at Aer Lingus have 250 of us sitting here @ Heathrow for the last 5 hours with no update on a take off or even a plane arriving.
Usual Airline rules apply, tell em anything but the truth.
I was just told the weather in Cork is terrible and thats why the flight isn’t coming only to be called 2 seconds later by my wife in Cork who says weather is fine.
It’s totally unacceptable to fob off customers with stupid excuses… especially when that customer is Pat who, decked out with mobile (and roaming) handsets up to his ears, was able to receive a quick call to establish that the Aer Lingus rubbish position wasn’t anywhere near accurate. Or helpful.
The days of the ‘tell them anything to shut them up, they will never know’ excuse are no longer. Not when your average consumer is packing a mobile.
At least Pat had mobile internet access to blog his frustrations.
