Who supplies pan-european inbound voice telephone numbers?

An SMS Text News reader asked me today if I could recommend a company to provide both freephone and standard inbound numbers for major countries in Europe.

The only company I could think of from the top of my head was Windsor Telecom however I think they only specialise in the UK.

Any ideas?

    We can route them using VoIP so you don’t pay any inbound divert charge to get the call back to the UK, or another country. Or we can divert to landlines anywhere.
