I had an note in from the team at QuiText this morning to tell me about their new text service. As their site explains:

QuiText is a six week programme of SMS messages created by ex-smokers to guide you through the physical and psychological stages of quitting smoking.

It’s an Australian service (based in Sydney) so prices are quoted in Australian dollars — though anyone from Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa and the United Kingdom can sign up.

You pay via PayPal — AUS $20 is £8.19 UK pounds or US $16 — and you receive a six-week programme of texts — one a day.

I reckon this might be rather helpful if you’re thinking of quitting.
