Pity the stressed 25-year old student in Singapore who was so wound up that he was moved to shooting upskirt video footage. This week he was jailed for two weeks as punishment — so reports the Straits Times.

Tang Wee Min shot the video clip while on an escalator at Jurong Point shopping mall on March 4.

The woman was going up the escalator to the second level when she turned around and saw Tang holding a cellphone near her skirt.

Tang’s lawyer, Ms Hemalatha Silwaraju, said her client was reserved and shy with no disciplinary problems. He was unable to handle stress at school, she said.

He has since sought treatment at the Institute of Mental Health.
