Cellyspace allows Realtors to create custom slideshows for a property, including pictures, video, and text. They can then pick out a keyword for that slideshow, and post it at the location and on publications. Interested homebuyers send an SMS containing this keyword to Cellyspace’s shortcode and in return are sent an MMS containing the Realtor’s slideshow. There’s even a feature that will send a weblink to the WAP page if the receiving handset isn’t capable of MMS.

The entire thing is free to create and for homebuyers to receive (other than whatever network charges they may have, obviously), and Realtors only pay for the delivered MMS. This is a fantasticly creative service, and I hope to see it put into use locally.

Cellyspace offers other SMS and MMS tools, as well, with targeted products for music bands and other creative areas.
