Connection to this number is restricted on this phone

You know your account on Vodafone is screwed when you try dialing anything – voicemail, for example – and you get a ‘connection to this number is restricted on this phone’ audio message followed by your call hanging up…

Time to call Vodafone and find out what’s going on…

    I rang'em and found out that I didn't pay the twenty five pound charge for my insurance. I thought it was added to my bill. My brother negated to bring the invoice with him when he brought the newly delivered phone (from the insurance) with him. All fixed….
