Anyone tried out Crandy?

I came across Crandy the other day whilst doing some consultancy for a client and I was seriously impressed.

I’m going to see if I can get permission to video it working — the organisation I’m working with has a strict no camera/video policy.

Essentially, Crandy lets you pay via your phone for items from a vending machine — a piece of genius if you don’t have any cash with you.

I’ll write more on this soon. I just wanted to see if anyone else has a Crandy-enabled machine in their office?

Now this post is spooky, just come back from vienna and i saw someone doing this. I did not take a picture however i got a picture of the instructions on the machine!

Never heard of Crandy, but this sort of thing's existed in Finland and Japan (and other places, I presume) for many years now.
