Krystal London
Operations Manager, Flower Fairy, Canadian Reporter
Krystal has been with SMS Text News since May of 2007 in the position of Operations Manager, helping to keep things rocking and rolling.
Born and raised near Toronto, Ontario, Krystal brings along a background in publishing and a love for everything mobile related, as well as a unique non-UK perspective. Fed up with the state of the Canadian Mobile Industry, you can find her on a one woman quest to change it.
In her spare time, (what spare time?) Krystal enjoys knitting, sewing and being a professional 5 Pin bowler. (yes, that’s what she said)
Goal in life? To look better in pinstripes than Ewan does.
James Whatley

The famous James Whatley, aka ‘Whatleydude‘, gives us a little bit of his time each week to write a post and/or take part in our Podcast.
James has an extensive background in mobile, currently working for SpinVox and previously of Refresh Mobile, (where he got the job by telling them what they were doing wrong!)
He can often be found writing for one of his million blogs or… Writing for another one on of his million blogs.
Interests include: Flashmobbing, Jaiku, playing Wii and clearly, excellent taste in headgear.

Ben Smith
Podcasts, Jack of all trades
Ben Smith, of unknown consultancy firm, has been helping us out here at SMS Text News since July of 2007 doing whatever we throw at him. Mainly consumer reviews, weekly features, and regularly taking part in the weekly Podcasts.
He spends most of his professional life working for UK government clients at the moment, but has worked all round the world - including a while living in Singapore. He specializes in infrastructure for large systems, technical architecture and also does ITIL-based service management.
Outside of work mobile tech has become his passion - it started with Apple Newtons and the original Palm PDA, but his first smart phone really opened his eyes to how much more powerful mobile devices were with wireless data. After that his first work-supplied XDA delivered the joys of relatively unlimited data (although little enthusiasm for the early Windows Mobile) and he was an early Three X-Series subscriber. Today he has an iPhone in one pocket (Apple fan) and a Nokia in the other. You can see Ben’s My Mobile Day feature here
